Acer is the latest company with its sights set on the growing wearables space. The company debuted its first-ever smartwatch, the Liquid Leap, at the Computex conference in Taiwan on Monday, but it won’t hit markets until this summer.

The device is part fitness tracker and part smartwatch, with the promises of keeping you updated on daily activity; it monitors steps taken, distance, calories burned and sleep while performing smartwatch-like tasks, including sending and receiving emails and text messages.

The device, which is available in various colors including orange, pink, white and black, resembles a fitness tracker more than anything else. The slim band is strikingly similar to the Fitbit with a touch of the Jawbone Up, but features brighter (and better) colors, plus a beautiful display. Although it’s also made of rubber, similar to the competitors, its slim form factor looks more like jewelry than other models on the market.

The Liquid Leap will only work with Acer’s Liquid Jade phone, which limits the amount of consumers who will be able to get their hands on the smartwatch. It’s unclear whether Acer will open this up to other smartphones in the future.

Acer hasn’t announced the price, but said it will cost less than €99 in Europe ($135), according to Engadget. Because the company hasn’t revealed much in terms of details and specs, it’s hard to say at this point how it will stack up against competitors.

It’s no surprise that Acer is interested in the wearable market, as consumer interest is only heating up. Earlier this year, research firm Canalys reported that smartwatch shipments are projected to reach 8 million in 2014. That number is estimated to grow to more than 23 million units by 2015 and more than 45 million by 2017.

As of now, Fitbit accounts for 50% of the 2.7 million wearable bands, including fitness trackers and smartwatches, that shipped worldwide in the first quarter of 2014.

While Nike is closing up hardware production for its Fuelband, its software will likely be baked into Apple’s long-rumored iWatch device, which is expected to debut sometime in the near future.

As for smartwatches, the Pebble continues to dominate market share with 35% of sales, followed by the Sony SmartWatch (29%) and the Samsung Gear (23%).

Emily rocked three different looks in a span of 24 hours, as she went from London to Paris, and then New York. The brunette beauty switched up her looks from flirty feminine to edgy and glamorous.

At the UK premiere, Emily wore an Osman resort 2014 dress with a brightly colored strapless frock with a cute scalloped neckline. She paired the paisley frock with suede pink Kurt Geiger London ‘Bond’ d’Orsay pumps.

Emily went back to glamorous for her third look for the movie’s NY premiere. Wearing a gorgeous red Prada gown that featured sleek contoured seams and a plunging neckline, she wowed the crowd. We didn’t get to have a clear view of her shoes because of the frock’s floor-length hem but we did get a peek at the pink ankle-strap sandals that showcased a detailed chunky heel.

“I hate selfies while driving, I look so distracted,” the 36-year-old “Mad Men” star wrote on May 23, along with a super close-up photo of her face, in which both her car’s dashboard and the road is visible in the reflection in her sunglasses.

We hope she’s joking.

Giving her rather dark number a pop of color, Iggy Azalea opted to wear a striking pair of Jimmy Choo heels in neon orange, which complemented her bright red nail polish. Also spotted on Toya Wright last month, the “Damsen” sandal booties, which are from Jimmy Choo’s spring 2014 collection, feature a cage silhouette with multiple napa leather straps complete with back zipper fastening, peep toes, and 4 inch heels.

Earlier today, Hilary was spotted at the Beverley Hills farmers market with her son, Luca, and her estranged husband, Mike Comrie. She was appropriately dressed for the casual outing, wearing a comfy gray tee, ripped skinny jeans, and nude ballet flats from Chloe. The elegant flats, along with her aviator sunglasses, really pulled the simple look together.

Both are actually easy to put together and easy to pull off. The first outfit is suitable for any body type, but the second one can be tricky to achieve if you’re tiny because of the silhouette (drop waist and tea length hemline). The key is to make sure you always keep things monochromatic so you appear taller.
